Holistic Biblical Perinatal Counseling

Holistic Biblical Perinatal Counseling offers gospel-centered support for women navigating the spiritual, emotional, mental, and practical realities of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood.

This service is for mothers who desire compassionate, Scripture-rooted care as they process fear, anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, birth experiences, grief, trauma, spiritual heaviness, or the everyday challenges of becoming and being a mother. Through biblical counsel, prayer, emotional processing, and practical support, we invite the Lord into the places that feel heavy, confusing, or tender, trusting Him to bring clarity, healing, peace, and renewed strength.

This is not clinical therapy, but it is a faith-based counseling and discipleship space for women who want to walk through the perinatal season with the Lord at the center.

Postpartum Spiritual Care

Postpartum Spiritual Care offers gentle, Scripture-rooted support for mothers as they recover, adjust, heal, and spiritually recalibrate after birth.

The postpartum season can be beautiful, holy, disorienting, exhausting, and emotionally tender all at once. This service is designed to help mothers invite God into the realities of the fourth trimester: physical recovery, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, spiritual fatigue, breastfeeding challenges, anxiety, loneliness, marriage changes, and the sacred weight of caring for a new baby.

Through prayer, biblical encouragement, practical reflection, and compassionate support, we make space for the Lord to minister to your heart, strengthen your spirit, and help you feel covered as you transition into life after birth.

Spiritual Birth Planning

Spiritual Birth Planning helps mothers create a biblically grounded plan for inviting God, prayer, worship, Scripture, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit into their birth space.

Birth is not only physical; it is deeply spiritual, emotional, and transformational. In this service, we work together to create a personalized spiritual birth plan that reflects your faith, values, convictions, and desires for your birth. This may include Scripture declarations, prayer points, worship atmosphere, spiritual covering for your birth team, discernment around who is present in the room, and ways to remain anchored in truth throughout labor.

The goal is not to control birth, but to prepare your heart, home, and birth space to be surrendered, peaceful, protected, and centered on the presence of God.

The Jael Project

The Jael Project is the spiritual warfare and deliverance branch of Liat Ministries, equipping women to discern, confront, and overcome spiritual opposition in pregnancy, birth, postpartum, motherhood, and birth work.

With a special focus on birth workers, doulas, midwives, and mothers, The Jael Project provides teaching, mentorship, community, and resources for women who recognize that the perinatal season is not only biological, but deeply spiritual. Through biblical teaching, prayer, deliverance, and discipleship, The Jael Project helps women understand spiritual warfare, stand in their God-given authority, and protect the spaces they have been called to steward.

A Note From Our Founder

All over our website, you’ll see the Scripture reference Isaiah 43:1 mentioned. This is what I like to call the “birthing verse” that the Lord led me to when He first put this ministry plan in my heart & mind. It states:

“But now, thus says Adonai—
the One who created you, O Jacob,
the One who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you,
I have called you by name, you are Mine.”

The name Liat is deeply personal to me & when the Ruach Hakodesh - the Holy Spirit - breathed the name Liat Ministries into me, it made perfect sense. Liat simply translated means “you are mine.” And as wives, mothers, kingdom women & daughters of the Most High, He is drawing us back to His heart of loving kindness in these last days. We are His!

God is raising up women in these birthing hours of the earth’s groaning to carry the mantles of Jael, Hannah, Miriam, Deborah, Esther, and Mary of Bethany. He is calling us to worship, conquer, battle, walk in faith, take authority over the enemy, and move in discernment and obedience to the sensitivity of His voice.
