Here’s what I want you to know:

• You don’t have to be “ready” in a perfect, polished way. You just have to be willing.

• This mentorship is built for real life—kids, births, interrupted sleep and all.

• The Holy Spirit is gentle. He knows how to lead you at the pace your heart can handle.

If you’re feeling that persistent tug in your spirit, I encourage you to:

1. Take a moment and ask the Lord directly:
   “Is this mentorship for me in this season?”

2. Pay attention to the peace, not just the fear.
